    This is a gem. Lovely staff, great variety of food and wine. Every dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. And very good value for money. If you are in the area, you must try.

    Wortelgat never disappoints and this time it excelled and certainly exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the chef for providing an interesting, varied and refined dinner. Kudos also for the choice of wines for the pairing. Our French friends were very impressed. And so were we. I’m sure our dinner will be the highlight of our friends’ 3 weeks visit to South Africa.
