Our story began in 1977 when four brothers opened the first Turn ‘n Tender in Johannesburg.

Since then we’ve become known for our love of great steak, excellent taste in wines and our warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers become friends.

We are the place for all those special celebrations and everyday occasions, because here is where you create a lifetime of memories over a meal.

    Good day, we had a great time at T&T Ruimsig until we realized that we will not be able to get our coffee and expresso order. The Kitchen shut down the machine and we were told no , they cannot serve our order. This was despite that earlier, the waitress had already taken our coffee order. It was evident that the Manager the did not care about our predicament and the offer for sweet drinks he made as an offering, for me as a diabetic, did not help either. it was my wife's birthday and T&T is one of her favorite venues with our friends who eat at T&T Ruimisg very regularly. it was a great evening that was ruined by an inept manager who needed to do better. finishing off an evening with a good coffee was mandatory, and HE did not bother to ensure that we were were taken care of., The last guests to exit the venue.

    Our entire experience was amazing. From the friendly welcoming and attentive staff to the incredible food, decent sized portions and affordable. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
