Our story began in 1977 when four brothers opened the first Turn ‘n Tender in Johannesburg.

Since then we’ve become known for our love of great steak, excellent taste in wines and our warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers become friends.

We are the place for all those special celebrations and everyday occasions, because here is where you create a lifetime of memories over a meal.

    It was disappointing that no steak and chicken was available on the 2 course meal. Further more the malva pudding was serve cold.what happened to the wonderful custard that was always served with malva?

    It was date night and let’s just say the service of the waiter wasn’t that great to make an ambiance experience for us. The waiter looked on edge and annoyed by our requests.

    We had a lovely time. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Service was a bit on the slow side, but we were a big group, so that might explain the speed of service. Every meal served was perfect and delicious. Highly recommended.
