    We had an excellent time and where treated very well by all the staff. The food was delicious!

    I can't fault anything. We were placed under a ceiling which projected images of African tribes. It was beautiful. The waitress was fast and efficient. Food was great. I ordered prawns and my husband the game platter that he always ordered when we visiting Tribes occasionally, and it always meets or excedes his expectations. The only downfall was ordering desserts after out main meal as we were so enticed by the options that we over ate. Those was not the downfall of Tribes but ours, as the saying goes 'eyes were bigger then stomachs

    Unfortunately of the 6 people at the table, three of us had poor main dishes Pork belly was terribly over cooked. For the two tribe skewers, the rump was unpleasantly tough. I gave up after a single piece. No option on may of the dishes to swap out the starch but rather have to order a side of chips @R48 for a small portion. Butternut soup had far too much cream... could barely taste the butternut. The three stars is for the few who had a better main. Overall a very expensive and disappointing way to celebrate my birthday.
