    Got there at 19:30 we received our food around 21:20 no one was updating us about the delay. The food was cold. What a bad service I received!

    We made a booking to be seated inside. On arrival we were told that there was a mix up and that there was no space inside. Our food took three hrs, we got repeatedly told that the kitchen was overwhelmed. Our food came in dribs and drabs( 3 starters came at different times) one main came two hrs before the others. Management apologises and promises to check in on the order, no one came back. We sat there just waiting. It’s a constant issue. The portion sizes are small, food takes too long and it’s very expensive for what is promised. R380 for a seafood platter which is actually one plate of food. Last night was extremely disappointing.Waiters and kitchen was clearly understaffed. Ambience and music was pleasant. The rest needs serious attention and improvement. Staff needs to become more efficient and productive.
