The Tasting Room is a concept born of a sunny afternoon's wine tasting in the Cape Winelands. It aims to bring the flavours and atmosphere of a tasting experience in the Cape’s finest vineyards to Gauteng.

The Tasting Room offers restaurant-goers in Gauteng the chance to experience a range of tasting flights without the cost of a trip to the Cape. Enjoy a range of tastings - from the more traditional wine, cheese and olives to the unusual, such as coffee and macarons.

The Tasting Room is a concept designed to provide the customer with a novel experience they can't get in their own province.

Our team has a personal love of both wine and the Cape itself.

    This is really an amazing experience at The Tasting Room. The wait staff is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the "wine farm" of the month. Been here twice now, and both times were exceptional! 5⭐️ Highly recommend!

    We had the spaghetti bolognaise special meal (including 2 glasses of wine) for 2, a brownie tasting, and a washed Columbian coffee. The food, wine, and coffee was excellent, all for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to anyone, and I will definitely visit again!

    The food was a bit chewy (medium rare steak) and the chicken wings were dry either than that we enjoyed our drinks (tasting ) more than the food

    First visit on 08 Feb 2025 was awesome, food service excellent. Went back next day 08 Feb. Foid and zservice wad one more great. However, there was group of ladies who were very very loud which really spoiled the ambience. We were sitting upstairs and even then the noise were echoing. Tasting room waiters / managers took no action. But i will visit tasting room again, maybe earlier in the day....
