Halal: To note that while we can accommodate diners with our vegetarian or pescatarian menus which do not include alcohol or pork in their preparation, our kitchen does use these ingredients and we do have a bar on site.

Nuts & Alliums: Our menus use ginger, garlic, onions, spring onions and nuts extensively.

    We ordered the tasting menu after our previous experience at the Tintswalo restaurant Our water was not engaging at all and we had to ask for drink twice. And we’re made to feel uncomfortable The food portions were much too large for a tasting menu and we couldn’t finish the main course and didn’t order desert We were too warm but brushed aside by the waiter saying that the hotel controlled the air-con

    The food was a disgrace, honestly ! The service was non existent. Your restaurant has no right to be located inside a 5 star hotel. A word of warning to anyone whio has knowledge of oriental food, keep away from this establishment.

    We had the most fantastic meal courtesy of the Red Room team. They made the evening very special and bespoke for us. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.
