    The burger bun was stale and lacked freshness, which negatively impacted the overall taste. There was also an imbalance between the bun and the fillings, making the burger feel off. The lack of a fresh, soft bun really detracted from the experience.

    Service was good, but could have been better. When our server was present, his service was good. 😉 However, we had to look for him at times. Overall, it was a good experience."

    It was my first time going to the President Hotel, and definitely I can recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Cape Town as the first choice to choose for staying because wow the breakfast is top notch 👌.

    Friendly staff from the security guy, the gentleman at reception who helped us carry our gifts, friendly waitress who were very patient and helpful . Definitely coming back
