The Jetty restaurant is part of Fryer’s Cove Community Development Project and it is here where our wines truly shine. In their natural habitat paired with home-cooked west coast favourites such as Snoekkoekies (fish cakes), Kerrievis (pickled fish) and Roosterkoek, Freshly caught line fish and more. On summer days you can sit back and enjoy a fish braai on the jetty, prawn pans and the sounds of great friends coming together.

Our wines may be able to hold their own on tables and menus across the globe, but their humble beginnings in a small West Coast fishing village is where they like to let their hair down. As waves crash at your feet and seagulls soar across the skies, the local cries of the fishermen remind us of where it all comes together. Great food enhanced by great wines and even better company.

The Jetty restaurant is a joint project with the local community.

Beautiful setting but appalling service. We waited 70 Minutes for 1 seafood platter and another 15 thereafter for the chips as they ran out of gas. Seafood was good but chips oily.

Die creme brulee was beslis nie wat dit veronderstel is om te wees nie. Helfte van die tafel se nagereg was op toe die res s’n gekom het.

fresh and nicely presented food of good quality....fish was cooked perfectly....the butternut wellington was at first sighting an unusual sounding dish but it was very good, .....the mushroom duxelles adding an earthiness to what would have been a sweet main course.....Wine delivered with no wine opener...no waitress staff about...after about 15 minutes had to go into main restaurant to ask for corkscrew......waitress, although very pleasant and personable, did. not know how to use it..... one ordered meal arrived....it took a further 10-15 minutes for the second order to arrive....that meant waiting with a plate of food in front of me....that is not good service....having said all of this it was a very pleasant and enjoyable meal.

Lunch at Fryer’s Cove was, as usual, a highlight of our west coast holiday. The food was excellent, the ambience was fantastic, and the wine just perfect. Of all the delicious things on the menu, the pork crackling is always our favourite!
