    Chicken was dry, other meals were very good. Relative to other restaurants in the area Hussar was a bit above the others, but we trade that off against the ambience at Hussar.

    My wife and I had our anniversary dinner at Hussars on 25 March 2025. As starters we had the Snails with Garlic butter and the grilled Calamari. Both dishes were excellent but I should mention that the snails were a touch salty, but still very good. As main course we had the Grilled Kingklip which was very good as well as the bone marrow ribeye (medium rare) which was also a very nice dish. We did not try deserts but were spoiled with a complimentary dessert consisting of ice cream maraschino cherry trifle. Truly a very nice evening.

    We had a wonderful dining experience at The Hussar Grill Kloof. Delicious food, polite staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to our waitress, Ally. Her exceptional customer service, attentiveness and going above and beyond to make our special occasion memorable is highly appreciated. A huge thank you to the staff and Manager for a great evening.
