Art deco furnishings and subtle lighting, reminiscent of the classic New York grillhouse, the decor cleverly combines raw face brick, black leather seating and fine timber to create a warm earthy feel.     I spoke to the Manager last night to complain about the poor hospitality that we experience at Grillhouse compared to every other establishment in Johannesburg. We bring a lot of business to Grillhouse and he dismissed my complaint. It’s the first time I’ve ever witnessed a manager be so dismissive, argumentative and rude to a customer especially one who regularly visits.
