    Good day, The overall experience was good, however, clarity needs to be made by the waiters/manager as the location of the table I booked was not where I intended. Unfortunately the evening was not as great as it could have been, also the relocation of the dance floor was a shocker. But a decent evening nonetheless.

    My friends and I visited the Green house bar on Friday 25th October 2024, I had booked a table for 8pm prior to the day. When we arrived at the door we paid our entrance fee and the girls stamped our hands in order for us to gain access. At some point in the night 2 of my friends stepped outside for a moment, when they returned the very same girls who stamped us at the entrance insisted that the stamp was not authentic to the greenhouse and that 1 of my friends duplicated her stamp onto the others arm by pressing her hand on hers. They embarrassed my friends in front of other people that were waiting to enter and made it seem as if they were just cheap random people who do sneaky things. My friend had to insist that she had a tab opened already and that if she was not granted access she was going to leave without paying. This is when the girls re- stamped their arm. This was absolutely putrid behavior. I am appalled that these door girls can be so inappropriate and embarrass the clients like this. Please hire people who are more accommodating as these girls seem to know nothing about the customer experience. Cindy our waiter was exceptional though.
