The Blockman is a place to celebrate life. It’s a place where the people who work there know you by name. It’s a place for parties, a place to dine with family and friends. Head Chef & Owner Vassilios Holiasmenos has taken a new approach for the Blockman. With a menu that celebrates all aspects of the animals we use. We cut out the middlemen and focus on the process of breaking down and aging all our meat using the whole animal in celebration of its flavors and textures.

    Enjoyed our time there, big thanks to the waiter Gilbert for the extra attention and service provided. Bongani was very significant to our experience whilst there. Great staff complimented with great food.

    Rib eye steak was over cooked, picanha steak was under. Both over charred. Madagascan green pepper sauce was sweet without any peppercorn. When it was redone, they just added some peppercorns to the previous gluppy sweet sauce. Roast potatoes were very big & cold. Chips were stale. Disappointing & costly lunch. Will not be going back.

    The food had mayonnaise all over, which was not great for me. the menu should at least indicate. They did however change the chips to normal and am grateful.
