    The food was sublime. Loved the mush mallows at the end. Yes we all know they pricey however u can see the effort that went in. Makes it worth it

    Thank you for an absolutely fabulous evening. Our overseas friends thoroughly enjoyed every part of the evening.. as did we. Our waitress was incredible too

    We went to celebrate my birthday and it was a lovely evening-all the staff wished me and were very friendly. There were 3 of us-2 adults and an 8yr old; we had 3 starters, being chicken livers, focaccia and the salmon/potato rosti all of which were very good however overpriced in my opinion. For mains both adults had the chargrilled beef fillet, which was cooked to perfection! And my daughter had the calamari off the kids menu-it was super tender and delicious! For dessert both adults had the cheese cake special which was a huge portion-in hindsight we should’ve ordered 1 to share and my daughter had 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream (at R45 a scoop, she definitely wasn’t getting more than 1!). We had 2 beers, 1 appletizer, a coke and a small cappuccino-so no expensive wines/spirits etc. All in all a wonderful experience but with a bill just over R1500, too expensive in my opinion.
