    The service and food at TEMPO is unmatched. The staff was attentive, ensuring everything was perfect without being overbearing. Their attention to detail made me feel like a VIP! A special gratitude to Todd Gongxeka and Washington Dube with their service. I felt like a VIP when Todd gave us a tour of the restaurant, it was truly amazing. The starter he recommended was delicious (beef tongue).

    I think I had high expectations hence I booked with you but I was very disappointed. The fact that I indicated it is my birthday but on arrival I was asked “what was the occasion”. Then what’s the point of indicating if it will not be considered or read? We were placed next to the main door in this cold weather but I did indicate I’m bringing an 8 year old child. But the restaurant was literally empty and this was booked days in advance. The food was really disappointing, 1 guest ordered pasta but it was green due to pesto. The plate was replaced but it was worse since the cream was watery and runny. My guest left without eating. Another guest ordered Salmon risotto but it was also green and unappetising. I ordered beef fillet and I still can’t understand if what you served it with was a side or what. For me you did not meet the luxury standards you claim.
