    I have been to high tea experiences in two different hotels in Doha and this was better! The amount of food was overwhelming in a good way and the service was 5 star. I love the themed decor and small details that show how much effort is put in.

    We were very disappointed and underwhelmed by the High Tea at Fairlawns. The venue is lovely and the room very beautifully decorated but the tea was unfortunately not up to standard. We had to ask for an explanation about the food served. We expected dainty little savoury and sweet bites, these were large and didnt taste freshly made and generally not good at all. Most certainly not worth the cost.

    We enjoyed our Morning tea in the lovely Fairlawns. The garden is beautiful en the interior vibrantly decorated. Our waitress, Knowledge, was friendly and attentive. The food was acceptable, however, we asked for lactose free which was incorrectly interprated as gluten free. Two fastly different things. As a result the normal scons looked and tasted far better than the gluten free version. We also had to ask for butter, which one would assume would come with scons. Some of our guests did not eat cucumber, which was in the flavoured water, the sandwiches and buns. However, we had great service and with the venue would definitely come back in future.
