At Stefan's, fine diners will experience a lavish but moderately priced Table d'hôte menu, with flavours and inspiration from all over the world, enhanced by locally sourced fresh ingredients. Diners will be taken on a riveting gastronomic journey of a special menu varying between seven to ten courses from Wednesday to Saturday, changing daily depending on the seasonable availability and bloom of sourced produce.

    the entire experience was amazing, but I did feel certain areas of the food did not live up to the experience. The Wagyu beef comes to mind, was more fat than meat, not well balanced, and portions a little too small.
