Great service, very good dishes, in particular the freshly made pastas. The restaurant has a quite unique design, definitely something different to go and check out. Good wine selection

Been there for the second time, always a great choice. The place always look spotless, clean and luxurious. Best italian food so far and their freshly baked bread is a must-try.

Fantastic experience, the place looks stunning. The food was amazing, great options. The burrata and grapes was so far the beat vegetarian dish I had in joburg, very well balanced. Service was good

If you're looking for a new restaurant to try out, why not try SINN? I decided to spend my birthday dinner at SINN and I was quite impressed. I ordered the pork belly gnocchi, and while the pork belly needed 5 minutes of extra flavouring, the gnocchi was divine, and the entire meal was quite filling. As a non-drinker, I was disappointed by the lack of non-alcoholic options, and the complementary birthday teramisu was decent, but it's not my favourite dessert. I had brought my own cake, but unbeknownst to me, we had to pay an R350 supercharge to eat it. In regards to the service, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Brian and Kenneth as they were both attentive, kind, and welcoming. SINN has a great vibe, and visiting it on a Monday evening allowed me to experience all its glory. I'm definitely looking forward to going back and trying out the rest of their menu.

I recently dined at Sinn Restaurant with a group of 11 people, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. From the moment we arrived, things started off on the wrong foot. Our reservation was confirmed, but when we arrived, our table was not ready. We were asked to wait, which is never an ideal start to an evening out, especially when you have a large group. On a more positive note, the beverage service was prompt, and we were able to quickly order our drinks while we waited. The waitstaff was friendly and accommodating, which was a small saving grace in an otherwise disappointing experience. However, when it came to the food, the situation didn’t improve. The dishes were served quickly, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The execution of the food was subpar at best. None of the dishes seemed to live up to the hype or the expectations we had. The flavors were lackluster, with many dishes feeling bland or poorly balanced. Even more disappointing was the presentation and texture of the food. The plating lacked creativity, and some of the textures were off-putting. The dishes just didn’t seem to come together cohesively. Given the high expectations we had based on the restaurant’s reputation, we left feeling very underwhelmed. It’s unfortunate that Sinn Restaurant couldn’t deliver on its promise, especially when dining as a group of 11, where everyone’s tastes and opinions are on the table. With so many excellent dining options in the area, Sinn unfortunately did not make a positive impression. Overall, it was a lackluster experience, and I don’t foresee returning in the near future.
