    Sehr enttäuscht! Mein Fleisch ( Venison Loin )war ungenießbar und nicht zu kauen.Das wurde mir auch bestätigt. Beide Hauptgerichte eher lauwarm.Die Zutaten des einen Gerichtes teilweise roh ( Carrot). Ich habe mein ‚Hunters Bounty’zurückgehen lassen und war schon sehr erstaunt, dass alles in vollem Umfang berechnet wurde.Schade!

    No vegetarian alternative. Desert was disappointing

We are really sorry to hear that the dessert did not meet your expectations. As for the vegetarian option, we do typically offer vegetarian options on our menu. However, the Valentine's Day dinner that you attended was a set menu dinner, which was confirmed with guests prior to booking. We will take your feedback on board for our next Valentine's day event. We would love to see you again to taste our vegetarian dishes, and to hopefully give you an even better dining experience.

    A lot of thought had gone into the Valentine menu. The execution was let down a little in that the Beetroot Spaghetti was tough and the beetroot crisp had gone soft. The main course of lamb loin should have been superb, but was served to everyone very rare. We sent it back for more cooking but it was still rare upon return. If the waitress had just said at outset "we serve our lamb very rare, is that OK"? It would have given guests the opportunity to specify. I don't want to put a real downer on what was a lovely valentines evening, and if I could give 5 marks for the effort put into the menu I would. This place is one of Franschhoek's hidden gems.

    We had a fantastic experience here We chose the Anchovy Toast and Veal to start both were delicious and the wine pairing really good. For main course we chose The Venison which was KODU - my husband loved this! I chose the Duck confit and it was very tasty particularly the sauce with it was beautiful - again the wine pairing was spot on! My favourite dish of the night was the Whiskey chocolate Millle Feuille - soo so good
