    Food was more than is normally expected from a buffet Christmas lunch. The service in terms of our booking was abismal. My name was not on the guest list and arrangements were hurriedly made to accommodate us. When the bill for the wine arrived we were again billed for the meal which was paid in full well in advance. This was sorted and the 2nd bill was presented for the wine - the wrong more expensive wine. This was pointed out and a 3rd correct bill was issued. Needless to say no tip was added.
