    We love going to Waterford as it feels like you are on holiday somewhere in Italy. Food, however, was a bit of a disappointment this time. All desserts had coffee in and I don't like the taste of coffee. Had to settle for a very expensive plain vanilla ice cream without the shot of espresso. Hake was also a let-down. Was convinced if anybody could wow a hake it would be Salt, but this was not the case. My husband's steak was exceptional though. Service was great and ambience was stunning.

    Food was just ok! Really just ok. For a place as that and with wines as good as the ones you produce - change the chef !
