Naturally, we use only the freshest, quality ingredients, sourced from farms that meet our high ethical standards. We support sustainable farming, and small businesses – with grass-fed beef and free range chicken as healthy alternatives offered on our menu.     The shire’s toilets are a little uncomfortable because of how they are set up.

    The wet wipes provided by the restaurant have a strange smell, like they have gone bad or developed mold. I hope they can be replaced with new ones or a different brand. Other than that, everything else is fine.
