Salsa is not your traditional Mexican Grill. Sure, we offer authentic Mexican recipes. And yes, we use traditional cooking methods. In fact, we traveled all the way to the West Coast of the USA to master them and bring them back to South Africa!

But, what makes the Salsa experience truly special is the inspired, healthy, modern twist that we give each of our signature dishes. Salsa is all about freedom. Naturally, we use only the freshest, quality ingredients, sourced from farms that meet our high ethical standards. We support sustainable farming, and small businesses – with grass-fed beef and free range chicken as healthy alternatives offered on our menu.     All in all, a good evening out. While we enjoyed our Fajitas, I would really appreciate it is management would consider serving it with larger tortillas as these very small ones are difficult to eat and to fill without messing!!!!
