Guided by head chef, David Higgs and trained by the best in Milan, chefs bring their knowledge and skill to fire-top and perfectly hand-made pizza from scratch, using imported wood-fire ovens from Naples.

    Friendly and professional, Also very accommodating to vegetarian options. Been there many time, taken friends and family and recommend to many people. Everyone that’s been there has had a good time without complaints

    Dear Restaurant Manager I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your esteemed establishment on 7 December 2024 evening,As a regular patron, I have always enjoyed exceptional service and dining experiences at your restaurant. However, my latest visit was marred by an unacceptable attitude displayed by one of your servers. During my visit, I was served by Patience , Although I appreciated her initial attentiveness, the situation took a turn for the worse when I did not leave a tip at the end of my meal. I understand that tipping is customary and appreciated, but I did not feel that her service warranted an exceptional tip. Nevertheless, I did leave a reasonable amount, considering the quality of service provided. However, Patience became visibly frustrated and agitated,Her behavior was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I was taken aback by her reaction, as I have never experienced such attitude from your staff before. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and ensure that your staff understands that treating customers with respect and courtesy is essential, regardless of the tip. I value the dining experience at your restaurant and would like to continue enjoying it, but I hope that you will take necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
