A South African grillroom, ROOI’s menu is a celebration of land and sea, touched by fire.

Diners can expect seasonal, comfort homegrown produce crafted with local flavours and traditions, in an elegant and contemporary setting, served alongside a proudly South African beverage list featuring signature cocktails inspired by the nine provinces.

Kindly note that balloons and table décor are not permitted in any of the public venues at One&Only Cape Town Cape Town. Private venues are available upon request.

    We had a lovely meal at ROOI, although the total experience was disappointing for a 5-star hotel restaurant. Champagne not available and warm, service personnel were not confident and made elementary mistakes. It appeared that the kitchen was not able to provide all meals on the menu and we were steered well away from certain options. Meals did not taste very "fire" charred and the Kobe sirloin did not appear very marbled - not sure we were served the Kobe meat. The restaurant has great potential and I guess these were all start-up issues. We will definitely go again and I'm hoping we will have a better overall experience

    Everything was perfect! The people are extremely likeable and friendly... Can't wait for our next visit... Remember to try the Smoor desert... it is yummy!

    Food was cold, presentation not very nice. Despite numerous complaints the food came back cold again. Bad experience for such an expensive restaurant. Will not recommend
