    We were told we could only order from a one page menu and not the nain menu we I found strange. Also when we tried to order an additional bottle if wine both choices were out of stock. The server was not very helpful.

    Slow service, when booking Rocket did not inform us that menu for the evening was limited to around 40% of the options due to expected volumes, waiter did not look in regularly during 2 hour service (nowhere to be seen)., had 4 reception ladies that stood around seeing we were looking for waiter and did nothing. Can rather change to 4 extra waiters and add value. Disappointing.

    Worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. My Mothers pasta came 45 minutes later, as a half portion. It had to be sent back. There was no mozzarella cheese as requested. There was no sprite zero. The managers took so long to get back to us. Disgusting. I will never eat at your restaurant again.
