    Awful food, and this place has a raging identity crisis. There’s no “fusion” here—just a chaotic jumble of Middle Eastern, Italian, South African, and Indian dishes thrown together like a culinary car crash. The mini plates? Oh, they’re definitely mini. The kofta balls were like chewing on musket ammunition, and the falafel? Dry enough to rival the Sahara. My fiancé ordered the seafood risotto, which was so insipid and overcooked it practically begged to be put out of its misery—and yes, we sent it back. I opted for the “vindaloo,” a dish about as authentic as a Bollywood soundtrack played by a kazoo band. This isn’t a restaurant; it’s a food-themed cautionary tale. Service was decent, I’ll give them that. The staff were friendly and attentive, though they seemed remarkably unfazed by the guy in the smoking section casually lighting up a joint. Forget the food fusion—this place is apparently experimenting with cannabis and calamari pairings now. It’s one thing to go for a laid-back vibe, but I didn’t realize the ambiance included second-hand highs. By dessert, I half-expected them to hand out brownies… of the special variety but we were done by that point!

    I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The aesthetic is stunning. The cocktails are the best I’ve had in Joburg. Each one we tried was 10/10. We had the small plates to share and enjoyed everything. I would definitely recommend this place. Try different cocktails when there, you will not regret it!

    Loved our experience, the food was 11/10, plating on point, delivered on time and delicious. Tasted the fish and I loved my Mozambican chicken. The music created an even better ambiance. Had a great time with my daughters. Loved it. Will definitely recommend and come back for more. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you and keep it up.
