    Booked a table for 10 a week in advance for a birthday dinner for my daughter, paid the R1000 deposit, got numerous mails from Dineplan confirming the payment and confirming our reservation. We had also booked the nicest seating area in the corner. When we got there at 5:45pm for our 6pm reservation to set up the tables, balloons and cake in hand, there were people everywhere, a DJ blaring music and nothing like what we had seen when we went to book and what we had seen on our previous visits. As we had booked for our daughter's "dinner" we should have been told that it was going to be a full on "club". There was a group sitting at our tables and numerous requests to the Raddison staff to have them moved were ignored. We called the manager who checked on the system, found our booking but did still did not move the people in our seats. Eventually my wife told the people sitting in our seats that we had booked the space and they thankfully moved without a fuss. To follow, service was terrible, food took 1,5 hours after ordering. Place was mayhem and not what you would expect from what the Radisson calls a "romantic rooftop bar".

    The burger was terrible ,after my 1st bite I had to throw it out because the tomatoes inside were totally off and smelly . I was very disappointed and had to get another lunch. I love my food very much ,I've never been so disappointed in my life.
