    No one was prepared for the group booking. We were given menu's after explaining many times in previous comms we are only there for drinks. No reserved tables, warm champagne. Not prepared for the group at all despite all the comms months before.

    The waitress , i think her name is Asive was great, hands on , professional and super friendly. The food was delicious , the cocktails were real good. We all had an amazing time and will definitely be back ! Thank you Radisson Red. From Shamila Burns

    I arranged a surprise package on the rooftop for my clients, and the experience was, frankly, deeply frustrating. I had to make multiple calls to confirm that everything was in order, only to be informed that the team member handling the surprise was on a break and would get back to me when they returned. After waiting 45 minutes, I had to call again myself. Meanwhile, upon returning home, I found several emails in my inbox, despite clearly stating in my original email that I would have limited access to my messages that day and preferred a phone call instead. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told the surprise would be moved to the downstairs bar due to the rain. However, upon asking a waitress, no one seemed to know anything about it. I was then directed to the reception, where the staff also had no information, as the person there had just come on shift. Eventually, a staff member (whose name I regrettably don't recall) came from the back office and informed me that the upstairs bar could be used instead. The only redeeming aspect of this entire ordeal was the apology I received from him. While my clients did enjoy the surprise—something I paid full price for—the overall experience left much to be desired. There appears to be a significant breakdown in communication between departments, which, unfortunately, has led me to lose trust in the level of service and coordination this hotel can provide. I had hoped for a much smoother, more professional experience, especially given the effort I put into organizing this for my clients. P.S. I asked for the receipt to be emailed to me and over 24 hrs later I am still waiting!
