    The food and experience were horrible. The first impression lasts. I was served a horrible cappuccino, with a filthy/dirty cup. I love my cappuccino, but for the first time, I couldn't even finish that small cup. We ordered prawns, when they arrived, they were burned and reeked of smoke. We sent them back. The place is beautiful and has the potential to be great.

    My experience at Qlounge was an amazing one. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the drinks. The service was exceptional. I will definitely be visiting again.

    The praws were burnt after receiving our food an hour later than other patrons who came after us. Very disappointing
