5 star service from the staff, most especially Elton for going above and beyond. Ambience and views are simply amazing. Just wish the menu had more variety. Definitely would recommend.

The most disappointing experience at a restaurant. Management has no planning capabilities. Our starters were 90 min late, and that is no exaggeration. When we complained thats when they let us know they have an event and kitchen capacity is not managing, they should have informed us as guests the minute we arrived to manage expectations. One of the starter item was wings they were dry, the waiters crumpled as they are clearly not trained for such circumstances which did not help. Arrived 1pm had our mains at 15:35. They offered ice-cream for dessert as an apology which if we were children would have been okay however we were a group of 4 grown ladies. We explained that the gesture does not reflect their regret and is inconsiderate after which they allowed us to have anything which also was not much as they had run out of ingredients for 2 of the items we selected. The food is sub par for the price tag, they charge more than Riboville however food taste is below average. Terrible experience, the space is great however it's a waste due to service. If you are a foodie avoid at all costs. Then they have a grinding/smoothie maker by the restaurant bar that is so loud whenever it's used it ruins the otherwise quiet and lovely interior set-up. Waste of a great opportunity to serve clients who prefer privacy and are willing to pay for it.
