    I made a booking 2 weeks prior but my table was given away and my guests had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. The food was horrible, the service even worse. I spoke to Lebogang about my experience. What a horrible Year End lunch we had...thanks to you.

    The Poke bowl should be removed from the menu - it was a very disappointing dish with very salty salmon and bitter rice. We only ate the cucumber and carrots from that bowl :/. Promoting bottomless mimosas and not leaving up to the promotion is an insult to customers - imagine walking up to the bar to ask for your next drink because you have been waiting for 20-30minutes for your next drink. Surely the Hotel can see how many people have booked for the day and should organise waiters and enough barmen to cater to the large amount of people coming in. This was such a disappointing experience and i do not recommend at all.

    The service was VERY disappointing. We couldn’t order more drinks because 1 glass of cocktail took 2hours . The staff didn’t explain everything to us, there was a lot of confusion. We had to call different waiters to assist because no one was paying attention. Definitely not coming back.
