I booked for valentines day in advance. When we got to the restaurant they place us by a table where a couple was already sitting and they just got their food. This was so awkward. Then they moved us to a table and we ordered starters. This was amazing and we had no complaints. Until we had to order our mains. So me and my Boyfriend planned to go on many occasions but waited to experience it, specifically their steak on valentines. When we ordered the steak they told us they don't have. Imagine the disappointment. We wanted to leave but decided to not make a scene and order something else . So I went with the ribs and asked if I can rather have the veg that was supposed to come with the steak instead of the spicy slaw. I got my veg but it was so cold. And they added beef croquettes to my plate, but it was sour. I only took one bite and left it. My Boyfriend ordered their osso bucco stew pot with mash and jus. Instead he got stale roasted potatoes. Where is the mash for the jus. This is when we decided to complain. They discounted our bill after we said we don't want any discount. They eaven took our waitresses gratuity off. It's not her fault the kitchen messed up. Her name was Precious and she was lovely. We sent the manager back to print our original bill so Precious can get her gratuity. The manager said he spoke to the owners and they will phone us back on Saturday. I'm still waiting. After spending R1140 (for that experience)and barely eating our food,it's safe to say that they won't see us again nor will we recommend anyone.we went home made food as we were still hungry and went to bed.
