Postcard Cafe is named because of its’ picture perfect views, but also because of the diverse heritage of the owners of Oude Nektar farm, and guests who visit from all corners of the globe. Situated in the peaceful Jonkershoek Valley, home of Stark-Condé Wines, it really is “as pretty as a postcard”.


A variety of savoury and sweet dishes are served - breakfast, lunch, cakes, and desserts. The menu is diverse and dishes draw inspiration from a number of different cuisines.

    Scenic setting in the valley. Food options, quality of food and service was quite underwhelming. There are much better spots with great food in the area.

    The bill was brought before we were served our deserts. Throughout service was poor, although the manager was always present, informative and courteous
