    It's a beautiful place the music took the crown however we had to wait for so long for our food to come and when it came it wrong order of which they had to it back waited over an hour for the food to come same as dessert I ended up eating the wrong dessert because I didn't want wait an longer. But the overall experience it was enjoyable as it was time with family.

Christmas Day being a family holiday is supposed to be a day to enjoy with family without the frustrations of delayed meals, mixed orders, and having to compromise on what to eat. Platinum Belt Restaurant and Lounge prides itself on exceeding our guests. On the 25th we failed to meet those expectations. In this light, I apologize and state that what you experienced on the 25th is not Platinum standard.
