    I was extremely disappointed with the outburst that took place between the waiter and his manager in front of my family, especially being it my daughter's 21st birthday celebration. We were rushed to eat our mains and desert because apparently your kitchen manager had an altercation with the waiter. The atmosphere after that outburst was very uncomfortable thereafter. We felt rushed and didn't enjoy ourselves because of this. My husband and I was really embarrassed that my daughter had to see this outburst. The waiter then came to us saying that his job was then threatened and that he was going to get fired. That was not fair to us. We spent alot of money at your restaurant. An evening that was suppose to be good memories ended horrible.

    We've always enjoyed our many times at Pigalle's. However, the set menu 3 course meal's price increased significantly and starter is way smaller than before. Otherwise, a great venue for any special occasion.

    We definitely enjoyed the food and everything about the place. Will definitely recommends Pigalle to my friends and family.

    Friday night (Valentine's day) was a “Sh*t Show’ at Pigalle! You guys dropped the ball so HUGELY that I doubt we’ll ever be back. For an event that we had to pay for upfront, so you knew the numbers and had a good idea of how many guests to expect and the menu we chose, it was POOR! We arrived at 19H00…we received our mains at 22h30! The prawns were overcooked and the langoustines were raw. Our waiter, Alex, was mostly nowhere to be found and apparently has sight and hearing problems because he never saw or heard us. Let’s not forget the fiasco that occurred when we tried to pay upon leaving. None of your card machines worked. The guy behind the reception desk actually lost his cool with us because he was so frayed and overwhelmed. So we decided to leave and told him we'll pay the next day. Out of principle I will deduct the R245.00 gratuity fee on our invoice. I also expect an apology from Pigalle.
