We had a Christmas picnic at the Indaba with our group of friends. The picnic was meticulously laid out, in the theme I had requested. The thoughtful special touches really exceeded our expectations. Our guests who do not eat beef or pork were well catered for. Speaking of food, what amazing value for money! And really delicious too. The location was gorgeous, the perfect place to while away a beautiful summers day. Wilfred went above and beyond for our group, and no request was too much for him. He even organized us an umbrella as the sun was beating down heavily at lunchtime. I would highly recommend this amazing experience for couples, or a group of friends. Thank you to the team for a beautifully executed picnic.

Please prepare for picnic guests next time, one cannot have a reservation and when they show up, the staff still needs to prepare for the guest and the guests end up waiting for 30-40 mins before their picnic. Also please find a better location for picnics next time as the garden with the pond was used by NBA athletes thus being quite disturbing to those having a picnic, trying to have calm quiet peaceful conversations. This by far was the worst picnic experience ever and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Props to the staff for trying to please us and make us feel comfortable and not regret our reservation as we wanted to cancel.

Great offering overall. Not much to explore in the actual picnic location if you want to take a little walk. Service was on point & food offering was plenty with a fair variety. The house branded chardonnay that we opted for was superb & went well with our basket.
