In the early 1940s, wine farmers in the Perdeberg region grew dissatisfied with the low prices they were getting for their premium quality grapes. Then an astute farmer named Jan Rossouw suggested they begin producing their own wine and Perdeberg Cellar was born! We pressed our first grapes manually in 1942 and while we have come a long way in terms of technology, we are still renowned for our hands-on approach!

    We enjoyed our time there. Staff are great, especially Tiana who resolved a situation easily and innovatively!

    Only 1 issue, they did not know that we booked, luckily they had 1 table left. I booked online because they do not answer their phones. I received an email confirmation of the booking but they never received it

    Ons gesin het 'n heerlike tyd gehad .Die kos en wyn was van hoë gehalte en die atmosfees was lekker.Die lekker musiek in die agtergrond asook die staff wat gereeld kom opcheck en baie vriendelik is. Een voorstel is dalk om die speelarea groter te maak wat meer kinders akkomodeer , dalk 'n glyplank en nog twee swaaie.

    We booked when we got their we didn't wait long to be seated and staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely go again.
