We offer Portuguese inspired cuisine in the heart of the Lowveld. Enjoy specialties such as Pregos, Rissoles, Trinchado, Pastéis de Nata and many more.

Sit inside and have a drink at the bar or sit outside and experience majestic views of the Drakensberg Mountains.

Please note that this is an adult only restaurant and that no kids under the age of 12 is allowed.

Kindly note that the use of our hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and the gym is only open to our in-house guests.

HOLIDAY SEASON NOTICE:
Due to high occupancy levels our capacity to accept outside bookings will be very limited during the December holiday period (13 December 2024 to 3 January 2025)

Please be advised that on the following dates, we will not be accepting restaurant reservations. Our hotel will be fully booked, and all restaurant spaces will be reserved for our in-house guests.

Monday 23 December to Thursday 26 December
Tuesday 31 December to Thursday 2 January

    We had a lovely diner with friends. We were explained what the menu is, waiter gave his favorietes. Definately recommend Pegasus.

    What a great restaurant! The service was excellent, every dish and wine that was selected was explained to the T. My only remark would be that the music was all but Portugees, I would love to have Portugees music playing in the background when I’m eating Portugees. That would definitely improve the overal vibe!
