    Thanks to Lucky for taking ownership after what started off as a not so pleasant evening but sorting things out. I believe with out getting into any detail, COMMUNICATION IS KEY and I'll leave it at that.

    Great service and experience, food was divine, palatable and very well balanced, service timing needs some work, patrons waited too long in between meals even after pre-empting the wait time and placing the relevant orders to offset the wait time

    Speed of service could’ve been quicker. Waiter was friendly though.

    The food was really good and the service was excellent. Sbonelo was an outstanding waiter. Attentive and friendly. We were slightly annoyed with a misinformed service provider from buddhafunk’s event upstairs that didn’t want us to use the bathrooms upstairs which was luckily rectified by the restaurant manager and staff.

    The only criticism I have is that it was my daughter's 30th bday and I made the restaurant aware when booking and would have appreciated a small gesture. But nothing!!

    I just want to place on record. How dissatisfied I was to take guests to the restaurant on Sunday and then be embarrassed when everyone's food arrived except for 1 guuestvand 10 minutes later to be told the kitchen had run out of Wagu beef for a Burger. Then when I questioned the Chef hee said they were under pressure and he forgot to inform the waiter. I mean there were wnit even 40.peopm in the restaurant at the time. I will never visit the establishment again as a Manager never even presented themselves to us to apologize. Shocking shoxking shocking to say the least.i am also in the service industry and your lack of customer service and satisfaction needs a lot of attention. You waiterees leaned in over my 1 guest while he qa still eating and when I addressed her she mearely said sorry and walked off. How pathetic. I think i am owsed a relatively heafty apology as I sent over R3500. 00.
