Pappas is an award winning, family owned restaurant located on the Nelson Mandela Square in Sandton. We believe in fresh, quality produce and innovative, well-presented dishes. While we still offer a wide-variety of traditional Greek dishes, our Mediterranean menu has evolved with the history of the restaurant spanning over three decades.

Pappas boasts a 100 seater private dining room for events overlooking the iconic Nelson Mandela statue. The restaurant is also available to be hired out for private and corporate functions with a capacity of up to 215pax. Burning of whiskey, breaking of plates: Traditional Greek entertainment is available upon request.

    The meals were of great quality and freshly prepared. The belly dancing was enjoyable and the highlight of the evening.

    The portion sizes were small for what was paid for. The food was good although the calamari was a bit tough. Excellent ambience & location.
