    Food and drinks takes incredibly long to be served. When they do, the taste doesn't have fireworks.

    Management should ensure that staff is not overwhelmed by the situation. Management should respond promptly to client’s needs when staff cannot assist.

    For a Christmas lunch, the venue was not organised. Food was very substandard. I feel dessert was my highlight. Entertainment was good.

    Service was very slow and inaccurate. The restaurant was unfortunately very cold due to the air conditioning at night.

    My family has been coming to the restaurant for years and theyare always complaints around the food. They were surprisingly happy with the food and how fresh they are. No one complained including the kids. We were all happy with the food and the newly reopened restaurant. You can work on your service though, I gave a tip to the waiter and told him that he needs to improve because he didn’t deserve it. Maybe local customers are happy with the service but we were certainly not. Will sure comeback but I service needs to improve
