Pablo at The Mint Hotel, sees the restaurant synonymous with brunch expand its culinary journey, marking a trip through the Mediterranean and onto the Middle East, as the establishment transitions to an all-day and full-dinner experience.

In keeping with Pablo’s ethos of family and community at its heart, the menu brims with sharing styles, breakfast and lunch mezze and small plates offerings, pizza and Middle Eastern inspired tacos while wood-fired grills are on offer from lunch and dinner.

The décor at Pablo at The Mint Hotel has a signature colour palate of teal and rust, pressed ceilings and layout which combines intimate lower banquet seating and more social bar height tables. Pablo restaurant embraces al-fresco dining with the inside flowing out to the patio and onto the hotel’s pool terrace with a sparkling view.

    Might have gone to Pablo in the wrong day. no good experience. no mimosa. manager lied about it, saying they cant serve before 10:00 am when it was 10:43 instead of saying they don't have orange juice. We went there for my wife's birthday and they nearly messed up our day. other day activities saved the day.
