    Unfortunately, the service was completely overwhelmed even though there weren't many guests in the restaurant. However, one has to say that this is only due to poor management.

Today You said Help me give the restaurant a bad review. They gave us a menu that was not updated and expect us to pay the new price. The manager ask for everyone whether they are happy but not us. Upon arrival, we were given a menu that had not been updated with the current prices. When we received the bill, we were charged the new, higher prices without any prior notification. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Additionally, while the manager made rounds to check on other tables, our table was conspicuously ignored. It was hard not to notice that we were the only colored patrons in the restaurant at the time, which made the oversight feel even more significant. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with the same level of respect and courtesy. Never will I ever visit that place again

Regarding the menu pricing, I truly apologize for the oversight, it seems this occurred due to one of the previous week's menu's still being amongst the newly printed menus. We understand how frustrating it must have been to see different prices on your bill. We will immediately review our processes to ensure all menus are updated and clearly communicated to our guests in the future. I am also very sorry to hear that you felt overlooked during your visit.     We had to confirm our booking 3 times and when we got there on the time we have booked, there was no table for us. We waited more than a half an hour to sit at a table. This was our first time to visit Osteria. We enjoyed the music and vibe so much. I think the food is expensive, although it was very tasty. Overall, we enjoyed the experience...

    I found the food was great and of a high quality, nice to get this in wellington. Service was on point but casual and not too formal which we enjoyed. Food is priced right. We sat on the stoep which had a wonderful ambiance. It was warm and comfortable. If there was one fault with the property in my opinion was the internal space and decor. It is full of mother Theresa or Jesus statues some of which painted white and black and many candle waxed candle stands. It made for a very weird and sometime creepy environment. This place has so much going for it if the inside areas decor changed to be more warm and less creepy. We would definitely return but if the stoep seating is not available we would probably not return.
