    I was extremely disappointed at the disrespect I got regarding the gift I left during the day to give to my wife later as it’s her birthday, It was nicely wrapped but to my surprise when it was handed to my wife it opened and not even in a neat way when I left it sealed and neat. Secondly I had mentioned that it’s my wife’s birthday but it seems no one was informed about that and even my waitress was shocked when I mentioned it, My wife ordered Fish but the presentation was very bad it seems like some part of the fish was left on the griller. This was really a bad experience and I definitely not come there again even Spur would have been a better option to take my wife for her birthday

    I ate the same meal at nomad montecasino and both the quantity and presentation were far better than at Mall of Africa. Service was slow and we could hear the noise as they were cleaning and washing stuff. Not the best experience.

    When I was making my reservation they told me that the kitchen is closing at 10 and the restaurant at 2am but when we got there around 8 you started rushing us to place our orders without even giving us time to look at the menu and even the food was not nice at all we were highly disappointed shame and then you also rushed the bill on us whilst you told us that the place is closing at 2 It was our first time there and the experience was very disappointing,I did not enjoy my birthday the way I wanted 2
