    Terrible experience- kids food arrived it was cold , grandparents food arrived 5 minutes after that had ordered vegetables and received humus and the main course which is a mixed platter for two never arrived had an absolutely useless waiter called Charlie and at least three other servers after an hour of no food called the manager he didn’t come back to us when he did informed us the order was incorrectly placed and then offered free meals - I don’t know what culture you teach your staff and management to think they can offer free meals when they have wrecked and ruined a person’s evening - but the pure audacity to think they have the right to disrespect my family time and the offer me free meals as if I am charity is disrespectful and disturbing and what makes it worst on request to speak to the shop owner I was told it was a holiday and he can’t be disturbed
