Unfortunately I had a very poor experience at this location. I made a booking more than a week in advance, when i get there they could not find my booking. After about 10 minutes they identify the table with my name on it and lead us in. All other patrons who made bookings had received a choc however this was not given to us. I understand that it was Valentine's day and that there will be a delay in our food however I take offense when the following occurs. 1. I ordered a drink with passion fruit however it comes out green. I have never had a drink with passion fruit that comes out green and only tastes of mint. When I queried it my waiter said he will check however he never bother to give me any feedback. I ask the manager and he said all their mocktails are green however I ordered an alcoholic drink and it was green to which he had no answer. I did not taste any alcohol but was charged for the alcohol version. 2. We ordered our mains and 10 minutes later I noticed a family of 3 placing an order for a take away. Their food arrived and i waited a further 10 minutes. Other patrons who ordered their food after me had received their meals as well. Only after I raised my concern to the waiter for the 3rd time did the manager get involved and he said don't worry within a few minutes I will have my food. In total from the time I placed my order till I get my food it took 1 hr 15. This place is famous for its portugese food and it took over an hour for half a chicken and 6 prawns, a chicken prego roll and a steak. I also told the waiter as soon as the food is ready to bring it even if it is in a different order I was not concerned as my child was hungry and she only ordered a prego roll, however this did not change anything. I asked for the steak to be done medium well with no red however this request also fell on deaf ears as half my steak was red. I like my food well cooked. My wife's chicken was very dry and did not have much basting. I have had very good experiences at other branches however I dont think I will return to this branch.

The food and service were really great. We had a very enjoyable lunch for my son's 20th Birthday. One problem that I did have is that there was a lot of noise coming from the kitchen. The hitting of glass bottles to tell the waiters that the food is ready was very loud in the restaurant. I think that you need another method as this is just too noisy.
