    A really lovely high tea experience. The different teas were exceptional and the food was amazing. A great selection!

    My friend and I absolutely enjoyed ourselves on our first experience at the hotel. The different selections of tea was a memorable experience. The variety of food pastries and desserts were so delicious and quite filling. I will definitely come back

    This was the most incredible experience!! My sister’s birthday was so special! And the staff made it even more memorable! Our host Elekane was absolutely amazing- such a sweetheart! The food was amazing, the tea was amazing, and the ambience was unmatched! Will absolutely be coming again!

    I was not impressed with being forced to pay a hefty gratuity at the end of the afternoon.

    Service started off well but then became non existent. Savoury food was good but desert were not good and scone was dense.

    Highly recommend booking a Morning or Afternoon High Tea. The food / snacks are absolutely delicious, the tea is the best I have ever tasted. The staff is extremely friendly and polite, their knowledge of the food which is been served to the origins of the tea is to be applauded. The atmosphere and ambiance is amazing. The overall experience is absolutely WOW and definitely something I would recommend that you book!

    The only negatives I have is that the waiters weren’t very attentive. We were left alone for long periods of time and had to pour our own water. We struggled to get anyone’s attention to get more drinks etc. I think the service could have been better. The food was lovely and they made a huge effort as I have a lactose and gluten intolerance and my high teas was absolutely delicious. But great vibe. Beautiful ambience. Perfect for a birthday tea.
