Medeo restaurant at the Palazzo offers a distinctly Mediterranean inspired menu prepared with excellent South African produce and paired with some of the country’s top wines. The Executive Chef and his team present a selection of classic dishes and have created delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus in one of Fourways’ best restaurants.

The restaurant’s large terrace and deck area overlooks the beautiful Palazzo koi pond as well as the citrus trees and roses of the hotel’s Tuscan gardens. Whether you choose to dine inside or enjoy the warm South African climate alfresco, Medeo is one of the most beautiful restaurant settings in Johannesburg.

The menu at Medeo can be paired with an excellent wine list that includes a selection of rare Auction Wines.

    It was a good high tea experience, there are however improvements that can be made. There was an issue with flies and bees, that we complained about a few times. There was also a musky odour in the corner that we were seated.

    Everything in this place was absolutely amazing the food ,staff members were super friendly and we were treated like royalties .thank you so much we will be definitely be back .

    Can't complain about the service, because there is no service. Have to get up to get the attendance of a waitor. The food definitely is not up to standard. Either bland or too salty. Ordered pistachio crusted lamb, but it looked and tasted like breadcrumbs. Vegetables were served in a separate bowl with NO spoon to dish up. The steak knife looked as if it was used as a screwdriver before. So disappointed because I thought it would be an ideal place to take my husband for his birthday. Definitely NOT 5 star as been advertised.
