LUPA Osteria is a bustling Italian restaurant serving authentic food in a warm and inviting setting . Whether you want a delicious bowl of pasta on a random Tuesday, country fresh salad, wood-oven baked pizza or a big celebration dinner with friends, LUPA offers all this and more.

We pride ourselves in staying true to our Italian roots and in keeping traditional Roman cuisine alive. Each Lupa has a designated pasta making & drying room where our fresh pasta is hand-made daily. A wood fired pizza oven is used for truly authentic pizzas and for baking many other traditional dishes for that extra flavour and authenticity.

Our wines list is extensive and offers a great selection of local and imported wine, beer and spirits to accompany your food or have a beautiful cocktail at aperitivo hour!

    My wife did not receive her starter. We received our food 5 minutes after she received her starter. When I took my 1st bite, the chicken was cold. Not warm, cold.. My wife's food was also cold. Both our meals were later brought back hot but dry and stiff. Lighting was not suffecient. Very understaffed. Overall, very unpleasant experience. Will not visit Lupa again.

    I waited for 30 minutes to be seated but with no luck, eventually I had to settle for Spur,the service was shocking.there were like 10 ppl before me.there was no plan at all in that place

    I made a reservation through dine plan for 7.30pm, was only seated at 8pm at an incorrect table. The pasta was not cooked properly. I asked the manager for the bill and only received it 30 minutes later, when he eventually had it in he's hand he did not know which was even my bill, I had to repeat my order to him.

    My partner and I had a reservation on valentines day at lupa in Florida road,we waited over 30 mins to place a drinks order.over 45 mins to get starters....over 1 hours 30 mins and didn't received mains....we walked up to the manager on duty and told him we've been observing the waiters and the service was extremely bad.as we were sitting waiting to be served so many people have some and left due to not been attended too....

    We had an incredibly disappointing experience at Lupa Osteria Florida Road on Valentine’s night. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. Despite having a reservation and arriving on time, we were left waiting at the entrance for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. It was only after I approached a waitress—who was rude and dismissive—that we received any attention. Even then, it took another 30 minutes before the manager finally came over, only to point at a table without a word and walk away. We then sat at our table for another 15 minutes, waiting for someone to bring menus or even take a drinks order—but no one ever did. This was an awful start to what should have been a special evening. It was clear that Lupa Osteria Florida Road had no regard for its customers. Frustrated, we decided to leave and dine at a competitor across the street, who, despite being equally busy, treated us with warmth and professionalism from the moment we arrived. The difference in service was night and day. The treatment we received at Lupa was appalling, and I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you value good service and a pleasant dining experience, look elsewhere.
